For us, organic farming is just the starting point. We aim to minimize treatments, replacing conventional organic products with plant macerations and propolis whenever possible, and gradually introducing biodynamic preparations.
We believe that only by improving soil quality can we have a healthy vineyard, healthy grapes, and ultimately, a healthy wine.
