It is a blend of two Lambrusco varieties, where the smoothness and delicate aromas of Salamino interplay with the intense color and wild character of Grasparossa. Navicello Vineyard
The historic vineyard from 1965 covers 1 hectare and features a traditional planting with 30% Lambrusco Salamino, 65% Lambrusco Sorbara, and 5% Trebbiano Modenese, pruned using the Sylvoz method. In 2019, a 1.5-hectare espalier vineyard was planted with Grechetto Gentile, also using Sylvoz pruning.
